MY APPROACH
somatic coaching
In a world that often trembles and shifts beneath us, we all need support as we move through life’s thresholds. Jasmine Virdi (she/her) works with individuals on transformative paths who are seeking deeper understanding of themselves and their bodies, opening into new possibilities of living and relating.
Her coaching approach is warm, gentle, and spacious. With over a decade of grounding in earth-based spiritualities, psychospiritual care, transpersonal psychology, and integrative somatics, Jasmine offers a steady loving presence and a dedication to meeting each person wherever they are in their journey.
Jasmine understands healing as a non-linear process, passionate about supporting individuals to create sustainable change that deepens and fortifies their relationships with self, others, and the wider world. She sees imbalances and pain not as problems to be erased, but as teachers pointing toward places of deepest learning. As we build resilience and grow our capacity to address stuck patterns, we often discover renewed inner guidance and flow, opening fresh possibilities in our lives.
Passionate about decolonising care, Jasmine takes a non-pathologising, trauma-informed stance that honours each person’s wholeness, cultural roots, and lived experience. Her work aims to equip clients with practical, body-centred tools to expand their capacity to be with what is, reduce stress, and build resilience in times of change.
Jasmine views coaching as a mutual process of learning and growth, where coach and client engage in compassionate, honest, and co-creative conversation that follows the client’s natural unfolding. She particularly enjoys working with those exploring identity, navigating in-between spaces, and seeking deeper alignment with their values and purpose. She holds a special commitment to BIPOC femmes and queer folk.
Sessions
Sessions are 60 minutes and offered via Zoom or phone. The standard rate is €60, with sliding scale options available. Jasmine also offers a free 20-minute introductory call to explore whether coaching together is the right fit.
“The longer I live, the more deeply I learn that love—whether we call it friendship or family or romance—is the work of mirroring and magnifying each other’s light. Gentle work. Steadfast work. Life-saving work in those moments when life and shame and sorrow occlude our own light from our view, but there is still a clear-eyed loving person to beam it back. In our best moments, we are that person for another.”
